ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Hazelwood man has been charged with stealing $750 or more of power tools from a Menards near Manchester.

According to St. Louis County PD, Michael Duncan, 39, took multiple power tools from the retailer in the 14000 block of Manchester Road on November 14, 18, and 20.

Reportedly, Duncan took the power tools each day and waleked past all points of sale without paying for any of the items. Police said the value of each item was worth over $750. Duncan was captured on store surveillance video and recognized by an officer.

Duncan admitted during his arrest to stealing the merchandise.

He has been charged with three counts of stealing $750 or more and is being held on a $30,000 cash only, no 10% bond.
