ST. LOUIS – Police are investigating after a man was found dead outside of a hotel in Downtown St. Louis.
Police posted on social media that his body was discovered late Friday morning on Lumiere Place Boulevard.
We’ve reached out to police to see if anything is suspicious about this death or if weather may have been a factor.
