Missing woman identified as suspicious death victim in Fenton

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A woman reported missing by the St. Louis County Police Department has been identified during a suspicious death investigation in Fenton, officials announced Friday.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department, investigators have identified Nicole Jung, 45, as the woman found dead on the 300 block of South Old Highway 141. Jung’s body was found Thursday afternoon next to a crashed vehicle in a wooded area off the roadway.

Investigators believe the crash did not happen recently, officials said. Police first notified the public about Jung’s disappearance on March 5, 2025, after she was scheduled to pick up her husband from work on March 3, 2025, but never arrived.
