MOSCOW MILLS, Mo. – City officials say the Moscow Mills City Hall has closed temporarily due to an “elevated” presence of mold.
The City Hall offices are closed for mold remediation efforts as of Tuesday. The city says there are elevated levels of mold in four specific offices within City Hall.
“Out of an abundance of caution, the City of Moscow Mills has decided to undertake comprehensive mold remediation efforts. These efforts are essential to prevent future mold and moisture intrusion, maintaining a healthy environment for all who work and visit City Hall,” said the city in a statement.
It’s unclear when the Moscow Mills City Hall plans to reopen, but updates will be shared to their social media channels and city website.
