ST. LOUIS — Principia School, located in Town and Country, is just one of over 50 schools competing in this year’s Saint Louis High School Musical Theatre Awards.
For the eighth year in a row, the Fox Performing Arts Charitable Foundation, The Fabulous Fox, and The Muny produce the program celebrating the performances of local high school musical programs.
The high school musical productions are evaluated throughout the school year by a panel of theater professionals ahead of the awards ceremony on May 15 at The Fabulous Fox Theatre.
Principia School is gearing up for their production of “The Wizard of Oz” taking the stage this weekend. Olive Meara “Dorothy” and Eleanor Gillette “Glinda” share their experiences working on the musical.
