Person dead after getting struck by train in south St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – An Amtrak train reportedly struck and killed a person in south St. Louis Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred near Connecticut Street off of South Kingshighway Boulevard in south St. Louis. Authorities are on the scene investigating the incident.
