ST. LOUIS – Police are investigating after a woman was shot inside of a hotel in St. Charles overnight Friday morning.
The shooting took place around 4 a.m. in front of Tru Hotel, located on the 300 block of Camelback Road, near I-70 and Fifth Street. Crime scene tape could be seen on the inside and outside of the hotel.
The investigation is still ongoing. A suspect is in custody after the shooting, according to St. Charles Police.
