ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – One teen girl is dead after being shot near the Glasgow Village neighborhood Monday afternoon.
According to the St. Louis County Police Department, officers from the North County Precinct were called to the 10900 block of John James Dr. around 4:30 p.m.
When they arrived, they discovered a teen girl with a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are calling the teen’s death “suspicious.”
An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the St. Louis County Police Department.
