ST. LOUIS — Chief Operating Officer Ryan Hux of Porano Pasta says that the restaurant is back. The popular restaurant was open in downtown St. Louis. They are now doing a series of pop-ups in the St. Louis area to introduce parts of the menu to fans.

Porano, a fresh pasta concept from Gerard Craft’s Niche Food Group that first opened in 2016, closed in 2018 with Craft hinting it might return. True to his word, Craft announced earlier this year that Porano would make a comeback, with plans to open three locations in the next two years.

A recent pop-up was held with Hello Juice to introduce salads. The next event is scheduled in April, Nudo House in Creve Coeur, focusing on pasta dishes. Finally, a full menu reveal is planned at the Wild Carrot in the Shaw neighborhood on June 2nd.
