ST. LOUIS – An early rain delay didn’t stop fans from flooding downtown St. Louis to cheer on the Cardinals in their 2025 season and home opener Thursday.

From the iconic Clydesdales to the introduction of Cardinal legends and hall of famers, the pregame festivities once again brought fans to their feet inside of Busch Stadium III.

But as FOX 2 found out, there was also a large party outside of the stadium, as fans cheered on the Cardinals at nearby ballpark village.
