South St. Louis pedestrian hit by car; driver flees scene

ST. LOUIS — Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run early this morning in south St. Louis. Calls came in around midnight reporting a pedestrian hit by a car on South Broadway in the Patch neighborhood.

Officers closed the road for about an hour to investigate. There’s no information yet on the extent of the pedestrian’s injuries or details about the vehicle involved.
