ST. LOUIS – It took until the final buzzer of the regular season, but at long last, the St. Louis Blues have officially clinched a spot in the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs!
The Blues punched their ticket to the playoffs with a decisive 5-1 victory over the Utah Hockey Club in their 82nd and final game of the 2024-25 regular season.
The playoff bid caps a dramatic finish to the season in which the Blues rallied for a franchise-best 12-game winning streak from mid-March to early-April.
The Blues will play the Western Conference-winning Winnipeg Jets in the first round.
This marks the Blues’ first trip to the playoffs since the 2021-22 season.
