ST. LOUIS – St. Louis CITY SC is accepting applications for performers interested in singing the Star-Spangled Banner before home matches in 2025.
As the season approaches, the three-year club is ramping up its efforts to find performers to kick off matches at Energizer Park, previously known as CITYPARK, with the nation’s Star-Spangled Banner. Performers interested are encouraged to submit an application on the team’s website.
In the application, interested performers are required to list their contact information, their connection to St. Louis CITY SC, and showcase previous performances of the Star-Spangled Banner.
Each application will be reviewed by the team when submitted. Singers who are selected will be contacted by the team’s Live Experience department, according to the application.
St. Louis CITY SC will begin their rollout of selected performers when the team opens up the regular season on Feb. 22 at Energizer Park in a matchup against the Colorado Rapids.
