ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man appeared in court last Friday to be sentenced for a series of robberies across the city.

Prosecutors with the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office said Jeremiah Pearson, 20, targeted people at banks and ATMS between Jan. 23 and Feb. 2, 2023, and stole wallets, keys, cell phones, and a car.

Pearson was charged with four counts of first-degree robbery, one count of attempted robbery, and five counts of armed criminal action.

Pearson was sentenced to 12 years for the robberies and three years for armed criminal action. The sentences will run consecutively.
