LOS ANGELES — The home of St. Louis native and ‘Roseanne’ alumni John Goodman turned to ash this week in the fires overtaking the Los Angeles and Pacific Palisades areas.

Goodman, originally from Affton, Missouri, has owned a $4.6 million home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood since 2008. The home was burned down to its foundation as several other celebrity homes were also left in ashes.

Celebrities such as Billy Crystal and Eugene Levy saw their homes burn down to their foundations in the same area as Goodman’s home.

At least 70,000 people have been left displaced by the Palisades fire, with an additional 1,000 buildings destroyed.
