ST. LOUIS — The polls close at 7 p.m. Tuesday for the St. Louis primary election. Voters in St. Louis choose between four candidates for mayor using an approval voting system: incumbent Tishaura Jones, Cara Spencer, Mike Butler, and Andrew Jones.
