ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis woman received over 11 million views on TikTok for a video that revealed an extensive chronicle of her grandparents’ six-decade love story.

“When girls can barely get a good morning text, my grandpa documented every memory and date he ever had with my grandma for 60 years,” Kayla Stipsits said on the post.

The video posted on March 9 was shared via Storyful and shows Stipsits flipping through several pages of her grandfather’s documentation of every single date he and his wife had dating back to the 1960s.

December 5, 1969, was the first documented date when the two lovebirds met at the “Collegiate Club dance at the Cheshire Inn,” according to the TikTok.

Another date just a couple of months later was on February 18, 1970, when “Kay went to the optometrist with Jim; dinner at Jim’s Place; watched TV.”

Later that same year, on June 13, between 11:45 PM and 3 AM, Jim proposed to Kim, and they were married on October 31, 1970, according to the documentation.

“He was a programmer for airplanes and a mathematician at Boeing!” Stipsits commented. “But he’s always been just ridiculously organized and takes notes on everything. You should’ve seen all the file cabinets.”
