ST. LOUIS — A warm and windy day Tuesday, with highs in the low 80s. By the afternoon, we’ll be tracking rain and thunderstorms. Some storms will be strong to severe. While the highest threat for severe weather is across northeast Missouri and western Illinois, we are just south of that zone and should be paying attention to changing weather conditions. Storms could bring hail, damaging winds, and the chance for a tornado.

Storms will pull away late tonight. Breezy with clearing skies, out the door Wednesday temperatures in the 60s. Sunny and breezy tomorrow, highs in the upper 70s. On Thursday, wake up temperatures will be a bit cooler, in the 50s. We expect another round of rain and storms in the afternoon and evening. That will usher in much cooler temperatures for Friday and the weekend.
