ST. LOUIS — Homicide detectives are investigating after three men were shot in south St. Louis. The incident occurred at the intersection of 4th Street and Gratiot Avenue just after 8 p.m. June 1.

The first man, was shot multiple times, is not expected to survive. A second man, who was shot in the back, is undergoing surgery and is listed in critical condition. The third victim suffered a wound to his leg and is in better condition than the other two.

At this point, the police have not released any information about potential suspects. This is an ongoing investigation, and FOX 2 will provide updates as more information becomes available.
