ST. LOUIS — The high temperature was 89 on Sunday. Close but not 90. Climate data shows that the average date for St. Louis to have its first 90 day is May 15. It will be very warm again on Monday, but increasing clouds should keep us in the mid 80s for highs.

A warm front will bring the threat of isolated strong to severe thunderstorms during the late afternoon and evening. Storms could bring hail and damaging winds. Storms are expected to be more miss than hit.
