Water main ripped out; boil order issued for some Bismarck residents

ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, Mo. — A boil order was issued on Tuesday for residents in Bismarck, Missouri, west of the city’s railroad tracks.

Reportedly, a contractor accidentally ripped out a water main, and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources is responding.

Until further notice, residents in the area will be under the boil order.
