ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The St. Louis Jewish Community Center’s biannual used book sale started Sunday morning with a special VIP preview.
The event runs through Thursday at the Staenberg Family Complex along Schuetz Road. It will be open Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There’s no admission fee.
Prices start as low as 50 cents and go up to $3 for books, along with miscellaneous videos, books on tape/CD, and DVDs.
Thursday is Bag Day, allowing book buyers to fill up a bag of books for just $10 or five books for $40.
The center also hosts another book sale in August.
