ST. LOUIS – A woman faces a felony charge several months after she was accused of stealing two high-price baseballs from a merchandise stand at Busch Stadium.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office has charged Beck Raupp, 30, with one felony count of stealing ($750 or more). The charge was filed on Wednesday, though the alleged theft dates back to August 17.

According to a probable cause statement obtained by FOX 2, an employee of a memorabilia stand informed officers that two baseballs were missing from the stand. The two baseballs were valued at $1,165 and $235 respectively.

A security team with the Cardinals reviewed camera footage that linked Raupp to the theft. Officers responded to stadium seats and found Raupp in possession of two baseballs in her pockets.

Raupp later admitted to taking the baseball, according to the probable cause statement.

A warrant was issued for Raupp’s arrest on Monday and a judge has ordered a personal recognizance bond upon arrest, according to online Missouri court records.
