Woman wins over $77K scratchers ticket from St. Charles liquor store

ST. CHARLES, Mo. — A woman won over $77,000 from a Missouri lottery scratchers ticket purchased at a St. Charles liquor store.

According to the Missouri Lottery, the player won the “Ruby Red 7s” ticket purchased at Elm Street Wine and Spirit located at 2303 Elm St.

“The week before, I had actually won $500 on another one of the same tickets, so I thought I’d try it again,” she told Missouri Lottery.

After taking the ticket home and scratching it off, she discovered she had won a total of $77,777.

“Ruby Red 7s” players have won over $4.2 million in prizes since the game began on Jan. 27, according to the Missouri Lottery.
