ST. LOUIS -The Halloween season is among us, and soon all the boys and girls will be yelling “trick-or-treat” as they trot from door to door dressed as their favorite characters.

As the kids go on to create memories of their own, memories and flashbacks arise again for others as the sweet treats get passed around throughout the night. In honor of Halloween, the digital team at FOX 2 recently asked its Facebook viewers, “What is the best Halloween candy?”

Fans chimed in with some of their favorite sweet treats they expected to receive when going trick-or-treating. One candy frequently mentioned was Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Another popular, yet controversial, treat that viewers both love and hate is the classic Halloween candy corn.
